“The memory of the just is blessed:”
They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness. The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot. For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Psalm 145:7; Proverbs 10:7; Ecclesiastes 9:5

Jesus, the very thought of Thee
With sweetness fills the breast;
But sweeter far Thy face to see,

Consolation
O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name. They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish. Exhortation
If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die. None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live. I Pray Thee
Lord, it is not in me to understand your word; my only hope is that you would have mercy upon me and cause me to understand. With this being my desire, Father, I ask that you remove from me any inclination to use that which I understand for anything other than your praise and glory. Give me understanding that I may live all my days worshiping and praising you Amen.
