“Be not deceived;”
Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say: …Pray for us unto the LORD our God; and according unto all that the LORD our God shall say, so declare unto us, and we will do it. Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Deuteronomy 5:27; Jeremiah 42:20; Isaiah 57:4; Galatians 6:7

O word of pity, for our pardon pleading,
Breathed in the hour of loneliness and pain;

Consolation
