I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. … he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame. I Pray Thee
