“…thy light is come,”
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. Isaiah 60:1; Matthew 4:16; 2 Corinthians 4:6; John 1:9

Consolation

I Pray Thee
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the light that you have sent into the world. May it continuously rest upon me reveling, if not to others then to myself, the content of my heart, causing me to examine myself by seeking all the day long to stand in your light. In Jesus name Amen.
