"They that tempt God"
So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved. And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me: and disguiseth his face. Isaiah 41:7; Malachi 3:15; Job 24:15

Consolation
He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no way. Yet setteth he the poor on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock. The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth. Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the LORD. Psalm 107:40-43

Exhortation
If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him; If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles. For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yea, thou shalt be stedfast, and shalt not fear: Job 11:13-15
